Law Firm Signs 22,000-Square-Foot Lease For Move To Brickell

After 15 years in Downtown Miami, Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr will be relocating its Miami office to the Brickell Financial District.
Relocating from the Southeast Financial Center, the full-service law firm is moving its office to 701 Brickell Ave., Suite 1700, where it will occupy approximately 22,400 square feet of space. The new location will house its current 29 attorneys plus related support staff, and will accommodate the firm’s planned expansion in the Miami market.
The 12-year initial term will commence in February 2020 after the firm completes its renovations. Consistent with the firm’s nationwide strategy to design modern and flexible spaces that will meet the changing needs of the legal industry, the more efficient layout is approximately 4,500 square feet smaller than the firm’s current Miami location.

The new office layout will include larger meeting and event spaces conducive to greater collaboration among lawyers and their clients. The new location is within walking distance to the area’s vibrant retail and dining scene, as well as Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village.
